There is direct access to the forest, where you can enjoy Svendborgsund in a 5-minute walk and a 15-minute walk to the swimming area by the strait. The house is a 10-minute bike ride from Svendborg city center. The house is a detached house, next to the main house, where the hosts live. The house has two bedrooms, a large bathroom and living room with a smaller, but fully functional kitchen. TV with Apple TV. 5 min. walk to shopping, where you can charge your electric car.

The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a south-facing terrace and direct access to a public park with playground. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the water where there is a jetty and changing facilities. 5 minutes walk to a small forest. Bus stop 100 m. The basement is rented permanently with a private entrance, i.e. the washing machine and dryer are shared.

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Eat at home or at the fishing bar at the harbor and take trips in the area.

It has been newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows, etc. SMEG kitchen appliances. Weber anniversary grill in the shed just to roll out, lots of both shade and sun spots in the garden. Board games in the cupboards, 55” flat screen TV, Langeland has a golf course, horseback riding, art, galleries, beautiful beaches and the wildest nature.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.
