la struttura non è recentissima ma comunque molto ben tenuta e curata. Gli alloggi sono piccolini ma ben tenuti e dotati di ogni confort ( ad esclusione dell'aria condizionata, ma viene fornito un ventilatore che fa egregiamente il suo lavoro). Bella la piscina, disponibile un micro market all'interno del bar che fornisce tutti i beni di prima necessità. Brioche appena sfornate ogni mattina, ottime e posizione molto buona per muoversi tra le prinicipali spiagge dell'isola. Raffaele è stato disponibilissimo a qualunque richiesta gli abbiamo rivolto, rispondendo sempre in tempi brevissimi e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa; sono disponibili vari kit ( asciugamani, sale pepe etc, kit necessario per bambini piccoli,) a prezzi assolutamente consoni . consigliatissimo, speriamo di rivederci il prossimo anno

Alloggio pulito e semplice in posizione strategica, possibilità di raggiungere le principali spiagge in breve tempo. I gestori gentili e disponibili. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ottimo soggiorno in un residence pulitissimo, ben tenuto e dotato di tutti i servizi (piscina, assistenza, barbecue, giardino...). Il nostro appartamentino, semplice nell'arredamento ma confortevole, aveva una bella veranda con affaccio sul verde e sulla piscina. Comodo accesso al mare con breve passeggiata oppure con auto, con parcheggio convenzionato (gratuito, un bel valore aggiunto!). Posizione strategica per tutta la parte centrale e sudorientale dell'Isola. Magnifico, torneremo sicuramente!

We were very pleased with the price, the location, the amenities and Raffaele was so very helpful. Anything we needed, anytime of day, he was quick to answer and help us. Raffaelle helped make our quick trip better. The little apartments are small, but efficient. Everything you need is there. Sheets and towels and toilet paper are not included, so remember to add them on. We brought a car on the ferry and used the BluNavy discount code that Raffaelle sent us and it saved us quite a bit of money.

Lucas e la mamma Chiara sono ospiti ineccepibili! Gli appartamenti sono ancora più belli che nelle foto, qualsiasi minima richiesta abbiamo fatto è stata sempre accontentata e risolta immediatamente, la zona è straordinariamente bella. Assolutamente raccomandati!

We came on really short notice on the same day, even though everthing was organised perfectly - we even got a baby bed and child chair without request and we could even check in early, at 12:30pm. We really loved the natural surrounding in the middle of Tuscan countryside, but still close to Castiglione as well as lots of amazing beaches. The whole property is naturally arranged, one of the highlights is the organic veggie garden where we could pick up as many tomatoes, eggplants, etc. as we liked. The rooms were really nice, Tuscan country house style, and very clean. Highlight: we received a lot of gifts like Tuscan Spaghetti and white wine. The only thing that's not 100% perfect, rooms were slightly poorly soundproofed, but still ok. We also had no dishwasher or TV, but that's also ok when you live countryside. In addition, we had a nice terrace with own BBQ grill, fire place and really huge garden for our dog, just fantastic. We really like this place!

I gestori del Residence sono gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni problema, la casa era pulitissima e in una posizione ottima per girare l'isola. Consigliatissimo, ci ritornerò.

Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber! Umgeben von Pinienbäumen in einem sehr ruhigen Ort. Die Unterkunft bietet Parkplätze an jedoch waren alle belegt. Parken kann man trotzdem direkt an der Unterkunft am Straßenrand (kostenlos). Die Besitzerin spricht sehr gutes Englisch!

Veldig hyggelige dager på denne fredelige plassen. Utrolig trivelige de som driver stedet. Her er også muligheter til å få seg en god frokost og middag. Her kommer vi gjerne tilbake :)

Una vacanza breve nel relax, posti meravigliosi nei dintorni da visitare, Colle Val d'Elsa mi è piacciuta molto, l'host e la sua famiglia, molto socievole e disponibile ci siamo sentiti come a casa. lo consiglio.
