You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. Victor's Farmhaus is located on the island of Usedom in Lieper Winkel. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and deceleration, the newly renovated square farmhouse with its beautiful garden is just right for you. The farmhouse consists of 2 flats and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The entire accommodation can also be booked. Cultural events are regularly organised in the barn. If you would like to enhance the relaxing effect of the place, I offer singing bowl and mental training sessions.

The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
