The apartment is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. Sie geht über zwei Etagen und bietet Landhausflair mit großer Küche, niedrigem Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern. Die Einrichtung ist bewusst einfach gehalten. Viele Möbel sind antik oder stammen aus früheren Jahrzehnten – sie bewahren den ursprünglichen Charakter des Hauses. Der Hof ist gesäumt von alten Obstbäumen und Rosen – ein Rückzugsort für Naturliebhaber.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

The Rosalie vacation home is a house built in 2015 on a beautiful garden property of about 500 sqm. People who love nature and tranquility will feel comfortable here. The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed linen and bath linen as well as kitchen towels are provided for €20 per person by the cleaning service, can also be brought along. A tourist tax must be paid in addition.

Park for free right by the house.

Our stylishly furnished flats with 1 bedroom offer enough space for up to 2 people on approx. 50 m². Each flat has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), an inviting living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathrooms are equipped with luxurious walk-in showers.

The small former fischermen´s viallage Neu Reddevitz is situated in the beautiful biosphere reserve Southeast-Rügen. There are only 70 m between the house and the stony calm beach. It is located in a hidden area in the middle of our garden.
