The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. Forget your worries with these spacious and peaceful views. There are deckchairs and hammocks on the property to immerse yourself in a good read. A boat for a maximum of 4 people is also available for those who are willing to experience additional evening attractions, a sauna or a bath combined with a bath in the lagoon. As hosts, we can provide fresh or smoked fish at your request. We are always happy to prepare homemade waffles with homemade jam. We are looking forward to your visit.

The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

The vacation home Rosalie is a house built in 2015 on a beautiful garden plot of about 500 m². People who love nature and tranquility will feel comfortable here. The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed and bath linens as well as kitchen towels are provided by the cleaning service for €20 per person, but you can also bring your own. A visitor's tax must be paid in addition.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).
