We have 3 wonderful apartments in a quiet location overlooking the forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

The apartment Carlo is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 1-room apartment with double bed, sitting area, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 100 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. Less than 200 m from the fine Baltic Sea beach is our lovingly furnished 2.5-room old building apartment (62 m²) in the typical spa style – in the middle of the charming village of Koserow on Usedom. An ideal retreat for families who want to enjoy peace, nature and sea air. The apartment can accommodate 4 people; in addition, a children's travel cot can be provided. The direct access to the garden and the sunny terrace invite you to linger – especially in summer a highlight.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-family house in the original part of the old town, next to the market square. From here you can easily reach bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (staging baths, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot the old harbor with museum ship, fish cart, canoe station, shipyard, ship moorings, boat rental and a boat equipment. Bicycle workshop, pharmacy and post office in the old town.

Von hier aus lassen sich Wanderungen, Boots-, Paddel-, oder Fahrradtouren in die wilde Natur des Peeneurstromtales und der Wikingersiedlung "Altes Lager Menzlin" unternehmen. Zur Ostseeinsel Usedom und dem Strand sind es 30 km. Anklam und Greifswald sind die nächsten Städte und einen Besuch wert.

The vacation home Rosalie is a house built in 2015 on a beautiful garden plot of about 500 m². People who love nature and tranquility will feel comfortable here. The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed and bath linens as well as kitchen towels are provided by the cleaning service for €20 per person, but you can also bring your own. A visitor's tax must be paid in addition.

Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.
