Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Arrive and feel good. Visit the castle apartments on the Kulm in the imperial bath Heringsdorf. Modernly furnished apartments with attention to detail and partial sea views offer you everything your heart desires. Look over the spa architecture, walk on the beach and promenade, because the town center is only a few minutes and a few meters away from the apartment buildings.

The apartment is part of our house, but has a separate entrance and its own small garden. You have your peace and quiet with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated from each other.... the village of Benz may not be for people who only want to be on the beach all day, but it is a great starting point for tours of the entire island.
