Welcome to a lovely two-story villa apartment in Strøby Egede. An external staircase leads you up to the apartment's spacious roof terrace and main entrance. The apartment is spread over two floors with 85 m² on the 2nd floor and 21 m² on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed. On the 3rd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an extra room with a single bed. The stairs are a bit steep and are less suitable for those with walking difficulties. Ceiling height on the 3th floor is 185-200 cm.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located home. The home is about 1 km. walking distance to the station, from which it takes about 30 minutes by train directly to the center of Copenhagen. The home is a guest house to the main house where the host lives. The home is close to many shops, and about 1.5 km from the beach. The home consists of a single bed on the loft, as well as a bed that is 140 cm in the living room. If you are 2 people sleeping in the same bed, the bed is only 140 cm wide. Look at the pictures.🌟

5 min from the water's edge

The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

Stay in a renovated mill! Cute tiny guesthouse.

The old mill has been completely renovated and is now a cute 40m2 guesthouse. It holds a kitchen with a fridge, freezer, stovetop and oven, a bathroom, a living room with a dining area and two loftbeds (180×200 and 140x200). The house is located about 20 meters from our main house, so you will have access to your own private part of the garden with fruit trees, a nice patio with a barbecue, eating area and lovely views of the surrounding fields. You also have your own driveway and parking space.
