Nice townhouse with 4 rooms

Nice home with room for fun and games. There are 4 rooms (one without a bed), 1 large bathroom and 1 toilet. There is a nice little garden with a trampoline, gas grill and garden table, sofa and chairs. There is an open kitchen, family room, living room. everything is in good condition and well furnished. However, the floor creaks a little and the doors stick, as it is not a new house. But it is nice and pleasant to be here. You get the house alone, but when it's not rented out, I live here myself with my two children. There will therefore be private things in the home.

Centrally located in Lyngby, with a short distance to Lyngby Lake, DTU, Lyngby center and only 5 minutes to the train, from which it takes 15 minutes to Copenhagen. Fantastic view from the balcony on the 7th floor (elevator). The apartment contains a large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a living room with a good sofa bed for 2 adults, a nice kitchen-dining room with a new white kitchen, and not least a nice balcony overlooking the green areas around Lyngby and Bagsværd Lake. The apartment is not suitable for small children.

We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city.
