The house 'Søeholm', once a small seaside hotel, is now our unique waterfront home, surrounded by forests and fields. A cosy and unique house with 6 bedrooms and facilities, such as sauna, private jetty and fireplaces inside/outside etc. The garden with its many cosy corners and the large terrace create the setting for your unforgettable holiday and moments together.

Unique nature gem, own beach and magnificent views

Get unique nature experiences with your own beach, swim in the lake, go canoeing and kayaking and go hiking in the great outdoors. Plenty of space inside and out. Rustic and charming farmhouse with magnificent views. Rent the cottage in the garden or caravan if you are more than 4 people. Up to 10 beds in total. Enjoy the view of the lake and meadows, look for sea eagles, buzzards and many other birds of prey. If you are on a primitive holiday, you can just rent the cottage or the caravan.

The Cozy Cottage is located only 8 km from the E45 which takes you North to Copenhagen (1 hour 25 mins) or South towards the ferry to Germany (1 hr). Bring the whole family to this amazing home with lots of room for fun and trouble, in lovely rural surroundings with sea views and close to beach and forest. The home contains all necessary amenities, as well as a lovely large garden, with lots of room for garden games. There is also a fire pit, playground and outdoor patio, with a grill and furniture for both dining and relaxing. In addition to the 8 regular beds, there are also two toddler beds in the form of travel beds.

Here are 2 bedrooms (queen size beds), a living room, a sunny terrace and a kitchenette. In addition, you have acces to the host's big kitchen and to the gaming room with pool, dart and table tennis. If you are more than four people we will provide you with extra mattresses.
