For arriving by car there is good parking in front of the house and the city center can be reached within a five minute walk. The neighboring house was once the home of the painter Alfred Ahner. The most popular bar „Zum Falken“ in Weimar ist very close. There are good bands and other events organized by students. It's a lively scene. When you enter the apartment, you can enjoy and feel well. You will love the high quality sound system or play on the piano. Put you clothes in the chest of drawer or use the hallway as a walk-in wardrobe. There are also many board games. The well equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking. A bright 3-room apartment in a nice location awaits you! The newly renovated ground floor apartment has a terrace and rental bicycles (for 10.00/day/bicycle to rent additionally). Built in 1926, the well-maintained apartment building is located on the western edge of Weimar city center, which is easily accessible on foot within 15 minutes. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. The new Bauhaus Museum and the popular Weimarhallenpark are within walking distance of about 10 minutes.

Since we as a young family have not found a suitably equipped apartment for us for a long time when we came to visit, we have set up our own, which meets (almost) all needs. Solo travelers, couples, friends as well as families with (small) children and pets should feel a bit at home in this retreat, which has been furnished with a lot of time and love.
