This apartment exceeded our expectations it is very roomy to what we usually go for and is super well looked after and decorated. Toaster only toasts on one side but apart from that the kitchen was well equipped. Supermarkets and transport links a short walk away. This was an awesome stay and would highly recommend.

Andreas is a friendly and excellent host. The apartment is well equipped. It was very clean and as shown or described in the pictures. The apartment is located near the vineyards. There are some wine taverns that can be easily reached on foot. From a nearby bus stop, you have a good connection to Vienna in the city. We felt very comfortable there and spent some nice days. Would immediately book with Andreas again for another stay.

Claudia was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions or queries we had. The apartment is newly and tastefully renovated and contains brand new appliances. It is centrally located and is a comfortable stroll to all major highlights. We felt safe and secure. There is a great variety of restaurants closely located. Can highly recommend. The place is very convenient. 5m from the trams and 10m from the trains. The place was very tidy and neat. Inside was cool even without an AC.

A charming apartment. Super suitable for 2 people. Perfectly equipped kitchen. There was really nothing missing! Great location. You can allow a lot and public transport is also very close. Beautiful apartment in a great location. We had a great time with our two adult children. The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood with lots to see while also being close to landmarks for sightseeing. The space itself is so charming. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace after a day out exploring. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again.

It was a little bit confusing to access the car park despite the owner sending instructions. This is because the key box with the pass is before the car park entrance but on an underpass so we were not sure where to pull in safely. However, after that everything was perfect. The accommodation was clean and in a really great location. We particularly enjoyed having Copabeach right on the doorstep for street food and cocktails. It was also a quick walk through the park to get to the Strandbad outdoor pool which I highly recommend.

Great location for getting to the city center and Schloss Schönbrunn. Public transportation by bus or tram was close by. Easy to get to for a morning walk in Schönbrunn park. Grocery stores nearby. The place was nicely decorated and gave off a feeling of Vienna.

The apartment is perfect for a short (or long) trip in Vienna for 2 people!! Check-in is super easy with a lock on the door and very easy to reach by subway. The apartment is located in the middle of Vienna's shopping mile and many restaurants, cafés and bars are also around the corner. So location really great. The apartment itself is minimalist and nicely furnished. (Our highlight was the lamp behind the dining table (it makes incredibly beautiful light!!) otherwise everything was clean, we got all the information early and felt very comfortable:) Everything you need is there and communication with the host was also great. We only had a mistake when booking and she took very good care of it. We will be happy to come back :)

Katharina's apartment was very tasteful and beautifully decorated, a great old building with high ceilings, parquet, tiled stove and double wing doors. You could really feel "Viennese". The area is very pleasant, quiet and family-friendly, and those interested in beautiful old villa architecture will find it here. We were cycling all over the city. Here, the location was a perfect starting point for exciting excursions, but the city center is also very easy to reach by public transport. Katharina is a perfect host and we can recommend the apartment without reservation.

Best place to live in Vienna. A lot Better than a lot of hotels in Vienna. Must choose this place you will never regret.

The place is very nice. The nearest subway station is close by and you only have to go a few stops to the center. The Air Bnb is very nicely decorated and the balcony is in the countryside. Absolutely recommended

This accommodation is located on the edge of the new Sonnwendviertel and is super connected with public transport. The Viktor Adler Markt is within walking distance. The roof terrace is great!

Emilia's unit is located on the 2nd floor. Place is 3-4mins walk away from nearest station. And to Stephansplatz is 2 train stops away. There are Billa supermarket, bread shop and post office. We walked across the park to get to the station and the neighbourhood is kids friendly and safe most important. The unit is very spacious as described. The 2 sofa beds in the living room are comfy too. There are 2 big separate dryer and washer amd that's our main pt. We closed the windows all the time to isolate traffic noise. The kitchen also has oven and necessary utensils. The lift maybe small but it's ok to take 2 turns for a family of six. Overall we really recommend taking this unit.

Great location, we were 6 adults with the bikes, we could park them in the large garage. Perfect as a starting point for bike tours, many beautiful and cozy wine taverns nearby (within walking distance in a few minutes), Sonja was very friendly, accommodating and helpful, always available, very clean apartment, it was everything we needed, great hot tub in the garden and cozy outdoor area. I would recommend to stay at this property.
