Built in 1927, this charming home has just enough room to be comfortable for sleeping and lounging. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, charcoal grill in back porch for cook out or plenty of restaurants within a mile or two. The backyard has a garden and fenced in area for dogs to play. Beaver lake is a few minutes walk from house with a 2 mile trail around it. Some of the best road cycling in the world is available from the front door. Mt. biking is 15-45 minutes drive. Avery's park is a short walk, and the Craggy Mountain RR Line is just down the road. Our neighborhood is warm and welcoming, and so is our pet-friendly home, which was built as one of Woodfin's local mill houses in the 1920's. You'll find a clean, restful vibe with a lot of love in the walls.
