On floor 5 there are three bedrooms, of which one room with toilet and bathtub. The floors can be reached by elevator or spiral staircase. Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located on Limhamn close to Malmö Arena (about 4km) and to Malmö city (about 5km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two plates, oven and microwave. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a handset, a shower and a washing machine. In the apartment there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it but some atmospheric lights can be lit. Free Internet and large TV range.

The house is located in a quiet and culturally protected area of central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge and costs SEK2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple live in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed as well as two living rooms, of which in one is a sofa bed. The courtyard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Välkommen att bo i vårt källare-krypin. Sovrummet/vardagsrummet är utrustat med bäddsoffa, 140 säng, TV och en mindre garderob. Det lilla pentryt är utrustat med två kokplattor, mikro, kyl och ett fällbart bord och två fällbara pallar. Dusch och toalett ligger var för sig. En trappa upp finner du vägen ut till den gemensamma trädgården. Varför inte njuta av en god frukost här under sommarmånaderna. Ner till centrum/stranden tar du dig till fots på mindre än 15 min. A cosy apartment in farmhouse, Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private separate patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skånegården is newly renovated over the past year and the guest house is a part of the farmhouse that also houses an artist studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also adorned with art from the studio.
