Here you have a lovely house with large light entrances and with beautiful sea views and pastures around. Sea fishing is said to be incredibly good here on the south coast. Fresh decor in marine tones. Kitchen, dining area and living room (with a single bed armchair) on the ground floor, as well as guest WC. Upstairs there is a large bedroom as well as another bedroom with a sofa bed (2p)as well as a single bed, bathroom with shower. Open fireplace for cozy evening in the kitchen or enjoy the summer evening out on the terrace with dining area and barbeque.

On Stallgatan in Ystad, as central it can get, you will find this beautiful half-timbered house with its own courtyard. Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance level offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in connecting room. Ystad Station is 200 m away and to the beach you walk in about 10 min.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling routes await you right at your doorstep. If you head south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet", which offers both lovely bathing by rocky rocks or quiet, peaceful walks along the sea. If you head north, a lovely footpath and cycle path will take you to picturesque Simrishamn.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. The owner of the house will take you, if possible happy on a guided tour of the medieval city center. Access to barbecue, charging box and bicycles. There are zoo, Tosseilla Sommarland, Copenhagen, Bornholm and national park within an hour's drive.

Near Stenshuvud National Park, Almond Man's Gardens and two fantastic golf courses. A minute walk to the beach and port but also to the bus stop with good transport to Simrishamn and Kristianstad. A wonderful place for those who want lazy days but also for those who want to have wonderful nature experiences.

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.
