Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Picturesque house next to beach

Small cozy fishing lodge with beach plot and stunning views of the sea. The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and dryer. Hair dryer and refrigerator. Underfloor heating throughout the property. Coffee and tea are provided and are easy to make with the kettle. Towels and bed linen included. There is the possibility to make the sofa bed if you think it will be too crowded for 2 people in the bed. Sheets are in the cabinet in the bathroom.

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.
