The bungalow is very well equipped with underfloor heating, fireplace, very comfy sofa bed and great attention to detail. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the bus stops just around the corner. The motorway to Berlin and the train station are only 10 minutes by car.. We rent out our nice, detached cottage of about 35 m² on our property, with garden, barbecue and cozy seating area. For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

The beautiful designer wooden house in the Märkische Schweiz (50 km from Berlin) is located in the small artist village of Ihlow, and offers a beautiful view of fields and forests on 65 m² of living space with a large window front and 35 m² of covered terrace area. There is a large living, dining and cooking area with a wood-burning stove, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have infrared heating. Each bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60).

Nearby is the Scharmützelsee and 30 minutes away by car you can find the only tropical recreational paradise under roof in Germany's "Tropical Island". The Spreewald is also a popular day trip.Berlin is only 70km away. The cities of Beeskow and Storkow are both 20 km away.

Helga Bungalow

The bungalow was partially renovated in 2024 and offers a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living area there is a couch which can be partially pulled out and serves as an emergency sleeping place. A conservatory of about 20 m² expands the living space to a total of about 55 m². The garden covers about 400 m². Important note: The pool located on the property may not be used at this time.

Small country-style bungalow

We offer a small cozy and lovingly furnished bungalow with garden for max. 2 people. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a couch in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).
