Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

A magical place, the cottage is surrounded by nature on a beautiful pond. The combination of nature and comfort is unparalleled. The cottage was created with loving work and is newly built. Living at the Theaterpark

The apartment (approx. 48 square meters) is located on the mezzanine floor with six steps to the separate entrance of the apartment. It is located on the northeastern edge of the Theaterpark, right in the center of the city. From all rooms you can see the Theaterpark in front of our property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Free parking (property is fully fenced) is available right by the property.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. We rent out a comfortable and fully equipped A-Frame cabin only 5 minutes away from the Zernsdorfer Lake. The perfect place to relax in nature but still enjoy the sights ob Berlin. Enjoy the beautiful lake landscape of Brandenburg in summer or relax in front of the fireplace during the winter months.
