Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Huset ligger 600 m til en badestrand og 200 m til supermarkeder. Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Apartment close to CPH | Nature | Family Friendly

Cosy apartment on the first floor of our house close to Copenhagen. From the entrance, You have access to a nice bedroom with French Balcony and a double bed (140 cm. x 200 cm.). In addition, You can have two mattresses (70 cm. x 190 cm. each) and a baby bed. Also, enjoy the spacious kitchen-dining-living room. There are only 10 minutes by walk to the train station - then 12 minutes by train to Copenhagen Central Station. You can get to the beach by a 15 minutes walk.

Apartment in the famous Nyhavn - close to Metro

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

Dejligt rækkehus tæt på byen

Rækkehus beliggende tæt på byen og offentlig transport. Huset er rummeligt og har 6sovepladser. Stuen er stor og åben mod køkkenet. Der er en hyggelig have, hvorfra solen kan nydes. Der er gode muligheder for daglige indkøb. Egen parkering. Der er slutrengøring med i prisen, men man skal selv sørger for at tømme skraldespande og køleskab inden afrejse. Trampolinen som forekommer på et billede fra haven findes ikke længere.

Privat anneks tæt på strand og by

Simpel og praktisk bolig til en fornuftig pris. Anneks i tilknytning til huset, men med egen indgang. 10 minutters gåtur til stranden og nærmeste S-tog, og 22 minutter med tog til København. Et værelse med sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud) og fjernsyn og et med tekøkken, spisebord og lille sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud). Lille toilet/badeværelse med hånd bruser tilsluttet vasken og afløb i gulvet. Se billede.
