Our apartment is in a beautiful family-friendly area within walking distance to the city center. It is right on the Copenhagen Harbor, which is very clean and where the people of Copenhagen swim in the summer. There is no traffic here, as it is at the end of a road and there are no parties and noise, as in the old part of Islands Brygge. With the city's footbridges and bicycle bridges, you are close to the city and yet a little withdrawn. The apartment was built in 2018 and is bright and modern with everything you need.

The house contains 3 good bedrooms and a large living room with an open kitchen and 2 toilets. Parking for 2 cars at the entrance.

The apartment is in the back yard, withdrawn from the street, and safe with a gate, and you can enjoy sitting on the private balcony with your coffee and a drink. This apartment has everything. Its a very bright and spacious four room app. The heart of the app is a spacious kitchen and dinning room in connection with a lovely sunny balcony. There are two bedrooms.The large bedroom has a double bed and a single bed together. It can fit up to three adults, or adults with kids.The secong bedroom overlooks the sunny backyard and has a 1 1/2 pax bed. Other than that the app has a big bathroom and a livingroom in connection with the kitchen.
