Luxurious, elegant and comfortable living in the heart of Copenhagen

119m quiet luxury apartment with a large sunny balcony in the old Latin quarter in the heart of Copenhagen. You will feel the atmosphere from the moment you enter. The apartment has a large living, dining room with open kitchen in one. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooking facilities, fridge and coffee machine etc. It has a very large bathroom with shower and washing facilities. A large master bedroom with a king size bed and a small bedroom with a sleeping sofa. The apartment has a wonderful large sunny balcony. You will have the place completely to yourself. The surrounding area near the canals is exceptional charming with easy access to all major transactions and culture in Copenhagen, shopping, a rich café and restaurant life and bars with live music. The central train station with fast access to the airport is only a 5 minutes ́ walk from the apartment. I can be reached at all times by phone or sms. For guests used to extreme warm climates I might add that central heating is usually not switched on until September and for some that might be causing a problem. It is normally not cold in Denmark during the summer but changes in the weather can occur.

Velkommen i vores lille træ-tophytte lavet af genbrug! Hytten ligger 6,2m oppe med udsigt til markerne. Den er 4,4 m2, isoleret med el og varme, der er te-køkken og en sovesofa, som kan slås ud til en 123 cm bred/ 190 cm lang seng med god madras. Der er to terrasser til hytten - én udenfor og én ovenpå. Der findes rindende vand udenfor hytten og nede er der et campingtoilet med håndvask. Min bolig lægger tæt på Søllerød naturpark, som er et meget stort og smukt naturområde. Søllerød golfklub ligge fem min. gang fra huset og det samme gør Gammelholtegård med kunstudstillinger og restaurant. Med bil kan man komme til København på 15-20 min. Med offentlig transport ca. 30-45 min..Her er hyggeligt både inde og ude.. Min bolig er god til en enkelt gæst, eller forretningsrejsende. Her er fred og ro og smukke omgivelser

A vibrant home on a great street

We are renting out our humble apartment filled with danish and mid century design and art. It has all amenities, perfectly located for experiencing and accessing the city as a local by foot, bike, bus, metro. It’s where you want to be. OBS: Just upgraded the apartment with a very comfortable king size bed. Let us know if you want to rent a bicycle. Biking is the the best way to get around in Copenhagen.
