Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, but only if you love each other – the foldout-futon has been converted to a flat-bed with top mattress due to guests getting back-aches. 120 cm wide. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.

It contains a bright bedroom, a large living room and dining kitchen with access to the balcony. There is an elevator inside the property itself and a private parking space in the neighboring property. The apartment is directly adjacent to Sankt Jørgens Sø, a lovely and green recreational area in the middle of the city. Feel free to ask about a longer stay.
