The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. 3-room apartment with 2 bedrooms for 2 to 6 people. Bedroom 2 is accessible through bedroom 1. The house Windröschen is located in the traffic-calmed and central area of Borkum. Renovated in 2020 and 2021, it is lovingly furnished with a modern interior mix of different style elements and living classics. All important points are within walking distance. 500 m to the beach, 300 m to the train station/starting shopping zone, 350 m to the supermarket.

Villa Hafenkieker

Our semi-detached house, completed in June 2025, offers every comfort for up to 7 people. A fully equipped kitchen with an open living-dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an infrared cabin can be found in the Villa Hafenkieker. In the fenced garden, a seating area, a barbecue and a beach chair invite you to relax. The large playground opposite attracts the kids outside, the existing PlayStation 5 ensures entertaining evenings. Your dog is welcome!

The Elise vacation home, built in 2017, offers you 4 spacious & luxuriously furnished apartments. The house sauna offers an additional opportunity to relax. In addition, all 4 apartments are equipped with a fireplace. So, even colder days can come when you can make yourself comfortable. The practical things are also taken care of: There is a laundry room with washing machines & dryers. Bed linen and towels are provided as well as free Wi-Fi.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

The Stranddistel is located on the ground floor of the beautiful and centrally located Villa Medici and has a separate, weather-protected entrance. Just 150 meters from the spa square and 200 meters from the Westbadestrand, 44 m² of individually furnished old buildings with high ceilings and lovingly selected details ensure cozy hours. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
