A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

Beautiful guest house with private patio

Five minutes walk from Falsterbo's beautiful beach is this beautiful guest house, built in 2021 with its own large patio and outdoor shower, simple grill and gate to the park and beach. The plot is a large forest plot that offers privacy even from the main house. Within walking distance, there are several restaurants, grocery stores and Falsterbo's small center with older buildings and a church from the 14th century. Three golf courses are within a ten-minute drive. Falsterbo is also a center for bird watching.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take a short walk to the beach or the forest! There are good shops and a small kitchenette to make your own food. If you prefer to eat out, the city center is a short distance away with a wide range of different types of restaurants. An idyllic place to experience the Swedish summer in the best possible way! Since we ourselves live in the house next to the cottage and the area is very quiet, no parties or loud events are accepted under any circumstances.

Loft med 180 cm dubbelsäng (en extra bädd finns vid behov), soffa, eget kök och toalett/dusch, samt TV med streamingtjänster. 2 cyklar tillgängliga.

Mitt i centrala gamla Falsterbo, intill det på orten välkända sekelskifteshuset "Ebba Andersson", ligger denna helt nyrenoverade gäststuga från 1910. Med lilla matbutiken Torgboden som granne, bara några hundra meter till stranden och Näsets golfbanor, kan läget inte bli bättre - här har ni nära till allt! Här finns allt på liten yta! Ett ljust och härligt vardagsrum, fullutrustat kök med matplats, ett charmigt sovloft med 4 sängar och en underbar terrass att njuta av såväl dag som kväll.

Welcome to Lilla Huset! In this unique and quiet guesthouse you have everything you need for vacation or just a bed for the night. There are short distances to nice beaches, Malmö and Copenhagen. It is only 10 minutes to the ferry in Trelleborg. Double bed in the loft upstairs. Bed linens and towels are not included. It is possible to rent for €20/set Note: There is a sleeping loft upstairs with a narrow and steep staircase. Welcome❤️

På cykel nås det mesta inom 4 till 10 minuter, allt från tennis- och padelbanor, Falsterbo brygga/strand, Falsterbo Horseshow och golfklubbar på ena sidan näset och trevliga restauranger, kallbadhus, Skanörs hamn/strand m.m. på andra sidan näset.
