Nice guesthouse with secluded location on the plot. Private lush courtyard with sunny dining area. Charm from the middle of the 20th century which has been completely renovated for the last 10 years. Kritvita Falsterbostranden and the beach meadows are only three plots away and accessible via quiet street. The house is fully equipped with all the comforts. Two beds in private bedroom and two beds in sofa bed. Nice location close to beach, Falsterbo Horse Show as well as golf courses, tennis, padel, outdoor gym, etc. Restaurants, grocery store, bus and charging post nearby.

Unique house near the beach with a nice outdoor environment

In this national romantic house from 1905, you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, grill and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's fantastic sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and carefully renovated house with carpentry joy and high coziness factor. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

In the middle of central old Falsterbo, in the well-known turn-of-the-century house "Ebba Andersson", is this completely newly built studio apartment. With the small grocery store Torgboden as a neighbor, just a few hundred meters to the beach and Näset's golf courses, the location can't get any better - here you have everything close by! Welcome to rent a bright and newly built guest house with a central location on beautiful Falsterbonäset. The house is surrounded by greenery and secluded from the main house with its own porch, outdoor furniture and barbecue area. By bike, most things can be reached within 4 to 10 minutes, everything from paddle tennis courts, Falsterbo pier/beach, Falsterbo Horseshow and golf clubs on one side of the headland and nice restaurants, cold baths, Skanör's harbor/beach, etc. on the other side of the headland.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

Newly renovated house with large lush plot in Falsterbo

En sommardröm nära både Skanörs och Falsterbos stränder och golfbanor. Huvudhuset har två sovrum. Ett rum med dubbelsäng med en spjälsäng och ett med en enkelsäng. Ett stort vardagsrum med AC och en fin inglasad veranda med plats för cirka 10 personer. Det finns två gäststugor med totalt 4 sängplatser. Två i vardera stuga. Huset ligger nära stränder, golfbanor och restauranger. Trädgården på 1300 kvm är hund och barnvänlig med staket runt hela tomten.
