Not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There's a little dog at the address, but not in the annex. There may be a smell of the sea. 200 meters from the eatery, ice house and harbor. 700 meters from grocery shopping and train/bus station. 10 minutes from Faxe limestone quarry. 20 minutes from the forest tower in Rønnede. 30 minutes from Stevnsklint. 30 minutes from Køge or Næstved. 1 hour from Møn. 1 hour from Copenhagen. 1 hour and 15 minutes to Gedser or Rødby.

Skønt lille sommerhus med ude-bad indbyder til ro og afslapning i naturrige omgivelser. Huset har ude-køkken med spiseplads, og stor terrasse. Huset er funktionelt og indeholder alt hvad man skal bruge. Der er entre, sammenhængende køkken og stue med brændeovn, soveværelse og badeværelse. Desuden er der et smukt ude-brus med varmt vand, ca. 10 meter fra hoveddøren. Her kan bades det meste af året mens man nyder naturens elementer samtidig. Området er naturskønt med smukke vandre og cykelruter.

Lejligheden har lige hvad man har brug for, for et ophold i København. Der er nem tilgang til seværdigheder, vand, Amager fælled og shopping. Der er få meter ned til en badetur i havnen og få meter til et bustoppested. Det er nemt og hurtigt at tage metroen fra lufthavnen til lejligheden. Og kun ca tyve min gå gang til centrum af København.
