Die 90 Quadratmeter messende Wohnung direkt am Strand verfügt über eine klare, moderne Einrichtung, ein durchgängiges Eichenparkett mit Fußbodenheizung für die kalten Monate und Flächenkühlung für den Hochsommer sowie raumhohe Fenster für eine helle, freundliche Atmosphäre. Über die großzügige Terrasse sind es nur wenige Meter zum Sandstrand von Pelzerhaken. Mittelpunkt der Wohnung stellt der große Wohnessbereich mit Meerblick dar, mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Eichen- Esstisch, großem Ecksofa und Flachbildfernseher. Die qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionskochfeld und Stein-Arbeitsplatte verfügt über außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum für sämtliche Einkäufe, damit der Besuch eines der fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants für gutes Essen eine gute Option, keinesfalls aber ein Muss ist. Für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgen zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,80 breitem Doppelbett bzw. zwei separaten Einzelbetten. Large windows open the view to the garden, nature and tranquility included. On approx. 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes on foot. Laundry packages can be booked at an additional cost, early check-in & late check-out on request.

The exclusive and modern houseboat "Opa Wilhelm" is located on the outer jetty of the yacht yard with unobstructed views of the harbor entrance Heiligenhafen and the famous nature reserve Graswarder. It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with fully equipped kitchenette. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Grandma Ella."

BehrenSCHLAF I vacation home

BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Our house can accommodate up to 8 people and is located 3 minutes by car from Lehnsahn and 15 minutes from Grömitz. It has a large garden overlooking the horse paddocks and is absolutely quiet. In the middle of Holstein Switzerland, close to the most beautiful beaches, surrounded by equestrian farms, lakes, forests and fields, lies our country house Frida. Linens can be booked. Please always announce commercial photography and filming!

Apartment for two people

Apartment with private entrance directly on the garden and only 10 minutes from the beach. Private bathroom with shower, small kitchen and living room are available. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided once per stay. Tourist tax €2 per day per person to be paid directly on the beach. Bicycle rental for two people possible (no e-bike). Charging station for electric cars available and can be used for a fee.
