There is a super good sofa bed with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic stove. The apartment is located only 100 meters from the pedestrian street, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. There is also a small roof terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Parking is available right by the apartment, also for electric cars.

Parties are not allowed in the apartment.

In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.
