Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Cozy and presentable allotment garden with Scandinavian character. There are 2 houses of 57 m2 each (114 m2 in total), with a terrace in between. In one house there is a kitchen-living room, living room and toilet and in the other house there is a bedroom, room and bathroom. Cozy private south-facing garden with table, benches and garden chairs. Free parking is available in front of the house. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Hvidovre station and 30 minutes to the center of Copenhagen by train. There is always organic coffee in the house

House on the water

Do you want to experience Copenhagen from a quiet base on the water and still be very close to the city? In our home, there are panoramic views of the water in all rooms, and you get your private terrace with direct access to the water. There is also a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the lovely views from the 4th floor. The rooms are spread over 3 floors, so there is the possibility of privacy. The harbor bus sails right past, so you can easily get around Copenhagen in a fun and beautiful way.

Omkring hytte er der hængekøje, 2 behagelige stole , bord-bænkesæt, bålsted. Så her kan I bare nyde naturen på tæthold samtidig have den bedste komfort. The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Lejligheden ligger i et fredeligt kvarter i Rødovre, kun 20 minutter på cykel fra Københavns Rådhusplads, med 10 minutters gang til Rødovre S-togsstation, der hurtigt bringer dig til centrum. Du bor også tæt på Rødovre Centrum med shopping og spisesteder, og kan tage en afslappende gåtur ved den smukke Damhussø blot 10 minutter herfra.

The apartment is in a peaceful and central location, within walking distance of the city, the Metro station and the main train station. It contains a bright bedroom, a large living room and dining kitchen with access to the balcony. There is an elevator inside the property itself and a private parking space in the neighboring property. The apartment is directly adjacent to Sankt Jørgens Sø, a lovely and green recreational area in the middle of the city. Feel free to ask about a longer stay.

House 12 km to Copenhagen and 600 m to the beach

120 kvm stort hus med 3 soveværelser, med senge til 8 voksne. Der er endnu en ekstra soveplads (sovesofa) inde i stuen, så 9 sovepladser i alt. Huset ligger 600 m til en badestrand og 200 m til supermarkeder. Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Sunny penthouse in quiet yard close to CPH station

Our apartment is located at the heart of Copenhagen in the beautiful and popular neighborhood Vesterbro – close to Tivoli, the best restaurants, and some of the most charming shopping streets, you can find. One of these streets is called Værnedamsvej or "mini-Paris" due to its french vibe, and it has been named 'one of the coolest streets in the world' multiple times. This lovely street, the central station and the beautiful lakes are only 5 minutes away on foot. As easy as it gets :)

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende smukke, istandsatte bolig - et rækkehus i det legendariske område, Kartoffelrækkerne fra ca 1880: en landsby midt i København. Huset har 4 etager (+ hems) med to sove-værelser (hver med dobbeltseng) med tilhørende badeværelse. Desuden mulighed for 4 sovepladser på hems og i stue. Der er forhave og baghave: i alt en unik bolig som fantastisk basis for skøn oplevelse af København.
