Hot water / electricity are present. Usable is the old fitted kitchen, with fridge, stove, oven and even dishwasher. The house is in Schinkel, about 15 km west of Kiel. It is a rural municipality in the district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde, right on the northern side of the North Baltic Sea Canal.

SUP tours, cycling, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 2.5 km.

The brightly decorated living room/bedroom, the fully equipped kitchen and the small terrace area make your stay perfect. Popular beaches are about 15-30 minutes away by car. A bike route is suitable for cycling and skating. There is a train stop and bus connections. Various shopping facilities are within walking distance.

The 1-room apartment, modernized in 2022, is located in the middle of the Schilksee Olympic Harbor. The terrace faces southwest into the countryside. In the apartment you will find a bed of 160 cm x 200 cm, a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, a modernized shower room, an open and fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, as well as a dining area for 4 people. Linens, towels, hairdryer and the classic kitchen and bathroom utensils are at your disposal.
