A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, there is everything you would need. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The property is located 800 m from train station, ten minutes walk from golf course and 250 m from ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and Micro, of course .

This small town is a fishing village dating back to 1682 and in spite of the close proximity to Copenhagen it has kept its small town feeling with a local beach, small harbor and a local grocery store/coffee house.
