Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Stay exciting in a beautiful annex in Svendborg.

Cozy annexe for 1 people. In the cabin there is a small kitchenette, kettle, wine glasses. There is no access to the kitchen or food storage. Restaurant Asia is close by, where dinner can easily be taken. Drinks can be bought in the small bar we have in the hallway. Beautiful terrace for the annex. . PC space. Not suitable for small children. Access to bathroom 1 min. from the annex. The cabin is 2 km from the water. Netto is on the same road as we live. See you!

Enjoy the summer at Stokkebygård in our beautiful cottage with the spacious and lovely garden. There is a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious bathroom and two bedrooms. On Ærø, you can relax in the most beautiful nature. There are many opportunities for hiking, biking or swimming. The Øhavs trail passes by the house. There is also one of the best golf courses in Europe on Skjoldnæs, only about 15 minutes' drive from the farm.

Separate building with 2 good sleeping rooms - 5 beds

Here you stay in the countryside where it is quiet. 3 km from Ringe and 7 km from Egeskov Castle. About in the middle of Funen. You live in a separate building from us, but only 5 meters between the buildings. So we share a garden. Bedrooms are on the 1st floor. What you rent has to yourselves. Smaller kitchen for simple cooking. We have a dog coming to the garden, but it's sweet and peaceful.

Lyst og rummeligt anneks - selv om det kun er på 30m2. I kan sidde i aftensol på terrassen. Der er to sovepladser på hemsen og en på briksen i opholdsrummet. Ligger tæt på Svendborg centrum. There is a private terrace with two chairs and a cafe table and access to the main house's large park garden.
