Close to beaches, fishing lake, shopping, harbor and food/ice bar and mini golf. 9 km to Rudkøbing with cinema, cafe, wine bar and shopping etc.

The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

Trænger du til at slappe af sammen med din bedre halvdel eller en god ven/veninde i skønne omgivelser med fantastisk udsigt over vandet, 150 m til nærmeste badested og tæt på strand og skov, så er denne skønne perle et godt bud. Her er restauranter med lækker mad, Brugsen og bageren ligger i gå-afstand og her er mange seværdigheder i nærheden. I sommermånederne er der hver weekend musik på havnen + loppemarked hver tirsdag. Sovesofa tilgængelig i lille rum.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Her er der plads til hele familien plus det løse, med de mange værelser og rum til leg for både store og små. Udenfor finder i den smukke gårdhave, legerum til børnene, kæmpe have samt Slyngelstuen, som rummer mange timers hygge. 2 min væk ligger Brugsen og en kort gåtur fører jer videre hen til Fællesparken, som har underholdning for alle aldersgrupper.

Kun få skridt fra boligen kan der bades, eller I kan gå 5-7 min til den lokale badeanstalt. Hos os får I en skøn kombination af natur og byliv.

There is a private terrace with two chairs and a cafe table and access to the main house's large park garden.
