The city center is only a 10-minute walk away, the nearest S-Bahn station “Bayrischer Bahnhof” can be reached in 3 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets and green parks that invite you to relax. The evening you can end the evening on the colorful "Karli" with a cool drink and literally stumble into bed at the end of the bed. :)

From the sun-drenched balcony you have a beautiful view of the center of the city and can enjoy the sublime location in the evening at sunset. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the center. Directly behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, you can watch wild deer directly at the garden fence with some luck.

Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, etc. Just around the corner there is a gym and several shopping options. The city center is about 2 km away. Tram, bus, parks, art and culture are all very close. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers.
