Trotzdem habt ihr hier herrliche Ruhe, gerade auf dem Balkon mit Südausrichtung zum Hinterhof. Die Wohnung hat alles, was das herz begehrt. Fugenloses Badezimmer mit walk-in Dusche. Ein großes geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Küche mit allen Utensilien und feinstem Café! Schlafzimmer mit Fenster in den Innenhof.

A small (45 m²), charming and centrally located attic apartment in the east of Leipzig. Shopping, nice cafes, pubs and parks are right around the corner. You can reside here comfortably for two, but if in doubt, also fold out the sofa (110 x 200 cm) and a mattress (80 x 200 cm). A small dishwasher is in the kitchen, so no stress with washing up. There are exterior blinds in the bedroom and living room, so it is pitch dark for sleeping. If in doubt, just ask :)

We offer you space for 2 adults with the possibility to expand the bedroom with an extra bed for a child. Furthermore, 2 people in the living room have the possibility to sleep on a pull-out couch. Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. Various shops, restaurants and bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You live in my fully equipped, private apartment where you can use everything. The balcony invites you in the warm season for breakfast or a glass of wine.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Very close to the bustling railway road and yet far enough away to have peace and quiet at night. We have everything you need to live, after all, we live here ourselves. On the third floor you have a lot of light all day and the balcony invites you to relax. For allergy sufferers: we have a dog, but it does not shed hair.
