Central flat in the scene district with balcony

Spacious 2-room old apartment in the young, multicultural scene district in the east of the city. Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. Various shops, restaurants and bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You live in my fully equipped, private apartment where you can use everything. The balcony invites you in the warm season for breakfast or a glass of wine.

Modern black & white apartment near the city center

Whether as a simple "roof overhead" or as a relaxed spot to rest on my couch with the entertainment system. I am sure the apartment will tell you in every way, as it is also very centrally located and everything you need is within 10 minutes, or to be experienced. Occasionally, a cat lives with me. Of course, I try to clean everything as thoroughly as possible before your stay, but it would be better if you don't have a cat hair allergy.

Stylish in the music district by the park + city center + balcony

Characteristic of the music district are the many magnificent old buildings, the close proximity to the city center and the beautiful Clara Zetkin Park, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll to the horse racing track, as well as the well-known Karl-Liebknecht-Straße "die Karli" with its small restaurants and bars. It's not even a 10-minute walk to the city center, past the Federal Administrative Court and the town hall.

Beautiful and cozy flat with a very nice view over Leipzig. Close to the city center (ca. 20 minutes on foot) and perfect traffic connections because only 5 min to the next tram or bus stop and only 15 min to the main station to go everywhere from there (Fair, Airport, etc.). Nearby you can find a supermarket (Penny, Kaufland) with tobacco shop. IMPORTANT: PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED 2 BEDROOMS.

Pretty old apartment in the attic. Located directly in the lively Plagwitz. There are many small pubs and galleries just around the corner and the canal and the canal is not far either. The Clarapark is within walking distance, the city center and Lake Kulkwitz are easily accessible by train. The apartment can also be used by three people.

We had a great time in Leipzig and in Johann's apartment. The apartment is very centrally located, from there the city center is easily accessible. The balcony is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. I was very happy to finally book an apartment with the original Airbnb idea again and not an impersonal apartment. Johann's hospitality and trust in his guests are great; you feel like you're staying with a friend. Our recommendation: be sure to try the delicious cocktails in the Imperii! We will be happy to come back!

We first had an Airbnb in Leipzig. The contact was super friendly, everything went smoothly. The apartment looked like the pictures, really cozy and clean. The location was also good, everything you need is nearby and there were also good recommendations from the hosts.

Daniel's beautiful apartment is perfect for a stay in Leipzig. The apartment is so beautiful and harmonious with lots of wood (most of the pieces Daniel built himself) and plants. The beds are totally comfortable and everything is available in the kitchen. The flat is centrally located, the main train station is only accessible in three tram stops. Nevertheless, it is wonderfully quiet in the surroundings. Daniel is totally likeable! Absolutely recommended!

My boyfriend and I had a nice stay in Leipzig, also thanks to Hanna's beautiful apartment, where we immediately felt comfortable. It was very clean and the apartment has many little details to discover. Since the apartment is on the 3rd floor, a lot of light comes in, in addition, you have a beautiful view of trees in the courtyard as well as to the other side. Since the temperatures were still very warm during the day, it also got warm in the apartment. Opening the windows was possible at any time, as there were no mosquitoes. The communication with Hanna was friendly and she was always easily accessible.
