Good transport links via Triangeln and Södervärn, it is easy to reach Malmö City, nearby locations and Copenhagen! It offers a generous ceiling height, beautiful older details, big windows and lovely light. In the kitchen there is a smaller dining area, stove, oven, fridge/freezer and fan. Bathroom is a shower corner, toilet and sink.

This spacious accommodation is 42 sqm with high ceilings and exposed beams. It has a cozy courtyard with sun loungers and outdoor furniture where you can relax in the middle OF the city. it's very close to Södervärns bus station and the restaurant life of the mill. It is also walking distance to the trianglel station. welcome on the 5th of August 2024 I am going on a very long trip. Then I will have a nice co host who lives here in the big house and takes care of airbnb in the guesthouse.

Patricio is a very welcoming, friendly and responsive host and we felt right at home from the moment he greeted us at the front door. The room was very clean and spacious with its own small fridge and Google TV with all streaming services. You share the equally as clean kitchen and bathroom with Patricio who's quite discreet and we felt very comfortable sharing the space with him. Would recommend Patricio's place to anyone.
