The house is thoughtfully decorated and very cozy with a fireplace and 2 wood-burning stoves. Large 1st floor with many cozy nooks, TV living room and nice views, partly over the Marina and the water. Large rose garden and large wooden terrace with sofas, dining furniture and sunbeds and large Weber Gas grill. Several good bikes in the garage. Perfect for wedding couples/guests.

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for the sake of coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is a closed, barbecue, fireplace and old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and a music system (AUX connector for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi. All beds are Hæstens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is unconditionally the nicest with a feeling of "old days".

Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in the summer. There is a short distance to a good beach and nature area. Possibility of coastal fishing and kayaking. Firewood for the wood stove is NOT included.

The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

'Hyggelig' holiday accommodation totally renovated in 2015 with floor-heated tiled floors. This is a fully self contained guest apartment occupying one of four 'chains' of the old farm. The apartment is arranged with a kitchen including all amenities. Guest house in the forest edge 50 meters from a small beach and harbor in Dyreborg. This 51 m2 guest house is located in scenic surroundings. The house contains a small living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen with stove, refrigerator and oven. On the first floor, there are 2 sleeping places. The house has a private courtyard with garden furniture and outdoor kitchen. The guest house is completely separate from the main house and is not connected to the other residents.

Deceleration on the island of Ærø

The guest house is located just 300 meters from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is furnished for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, including a swing and sandbox for your youngest. I'm sure you'll watch the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideal for "slowing down". This certainly contributes to the fact that there is no TV but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, walking or on a horse.
