The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

The center of Chemnitz is only 8 km away and also easily accessible by bus (stop right outside the door). The beautiful Lichtenwalde Castle and the Baroque garden can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The area is characterized by many hiking trails, forests and quaint restaurants. Centrally located in the old town of Freiberg, small apartment. Our apartment awaits you on the 2nd floor of a historic house in the immediate vicinity of Freiberg Cathedral. Equipped for 2 adults and 1 child, you can enjoy Freiberg wonderfully from here or explore the surroundings (such as the World Heritage Site Erzgebirge or Dresden). It consists of a living/bedroom, a small separate kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower.

The small house furnished in a cozy and rustic style is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge-15 minutes drive from Chemnitz - the cultural town of '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful mezzanine and ivy-covered property yet close to the sights of the surrounding places. A soapstone oven for winter as well as a small terrace in summer bring you into the deserved feel-good mode. There is space for 3 people.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
