The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The warm season is finally back! The wagon stands on the edge of the forest with views of hilly meadows. The birds chirp you early in the morning and the forest lake calls for the morning bath (12 min walk). The car is protected from the sun in the shade of the trees. You will sit on the terrace all day, make bonfires and chill – and in the evening heat up your sauna! Since the civilization is far away, go shopping beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

Our feel-good apartment is in Radebeul in an absolutely dream location with an incomparable view over Dresden and the Elbe valley. The vineyard (paradise mountain), the wine taverns as well as cycling and hiking trails are right on our doorstep. A spacious sauna and the use of a heated outdoor pool are available to our guests as a special highlight. The city of Dresden can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The Elbe cycle path is 15 minutes away by bike.

The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the living/bedroom there is a double bed, which can be set up separately. There are also two sleeping chairs. These can be converted into a sofa bed in a few seconds. Our entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The kitchen contains a refrigerator with freezer, an electric stove (4 hotplates) with oven and a lot more. In the bathroom there is a shower. When the weather is nice, you can relax on the terrace.
