The hutzenAlm includes two modern, comfortably furnished apartments on the upper floor, each with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (underfloor heating) and a spacious living room/kitchen On the first floor is our cozy hutzenStub. There is our jewel: a red tiled stove that invites you to cook together. A fully equipped country kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, separate oven and induction stove can also satisfy a large family or group of friends. A massive wooden table with corner bench and a cozy sofa invite you to game nights and cozy get-togethers. A large TV and good Wi-Fi are also part of the hutzenAlm equipment. Also on the first floor is our wellness area with sauna and tub. In our spacious hutzenSauna you can sweat, relax, chill, breathe deeply and look directly into nature through the large windows. At the same time, you can enjoy the crackling of the fireplace in the lounge corner or in the hanging chair. To cool off, you can use the cool, original Gimmlitz fountain water on the adjoining terrace, bathe extensively in the snow in winter or classically use the modern shower on site. In our wood-fired bathtub, you can bathe in summer and winter in the middle of the forest and relax under the open sky. Of course, not without having properly heated it beforehand. No pain, no gain. The cottage (105 sqm) is suitable for up to persons 6. It was completely renovated in 2019. The modern kitchen-living room is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave, dishes, toaster and kettle. When cooking together, you can also enjoy TV. In the musical living room, there is a piano, a cozy sitting area, as well as a TV. The bathroom I has a sink, toilet and a bathtub with shower wall. Bathroom II has a shower, toilet and sink.The 1st bedroom is suitable for 2 people and has a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed. The 2nd bedroom is for 1-2 persons and has a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed.The 3rd bedroom is also for 1-2 persons and also has a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed. Parking and Wi-Fi are already included in the price. Unser Haus Seeblick ist ca. 100 Jahre alt und wurde gleich nach dem Bau der Talsperre Malter an einem Seitenarm errichtet. Heute dient es als Wohnraum für unsere Familie und für Feriengäste. Außerdem können Gäste unseren Saal weitere Räumlichkeiten zum Feiern oder auch zur Weiterbildung nutzen. Der Garten mit Blick und Zugang zum Wasser ist ein sehr schöner Ort zum Erholen. Für alle, die ihrem Körper gerne etwas Gutes tun wollen, gibt es einen stilvollen Fitnessraum im Haus.

Unser Haus Seeblick ist ca. 100 Jahre alt und wurde gleich nach dem Bau der Talsperre Malter an einem Seitenarm errichtet. Heute dient es als Wohnraum für unsere Familie und für Feriengäste. Außerdem können Gäste unseren Saal weitere Räumlichkeiten zum Feiern oder auch zur Weiterbildung nutzen. Der Garten mit Blick und Zugang zum Wasser ist ein sehr schöner Ort zum Erholen. Für alle, die ihrem Körper gerne etwas Gutes tun wollen, gibt es einen stilvollen Fitnessraum im Haus.

The 1,800 m² garden with terrace, barbecue, fire pit, and mature trees invites you to relax and unwind.

Our vacation home, open since 12/2024, offers space for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove, dishwasher, and more. In the living room a pellet stove provides coziness, a TV is also available. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine. Two bedrooms with double bed, extra bed in the larger room. Covered outdoor seating area, barbecue facilities and parking at the house. Lockable shed for bicycles.

A romantic and quiet place in the heart of nature.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.
