You will stay on 75 square meters, in a lovingly renovated, state-of-the-art old building apartment in industrial style, with underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, cozy bedrooms with smart TV and a noble living room with dining area. The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

Schöne Wanderwege in den verschlungenen linkselbischen Tälern gilt es genauso zu entdecken wie die Weinstadt Radebeul mit dem Spitzhaus und dem historischen Dorfanger Alt-Kötzschenbroda (Kneipen). Die Reinigungsgebühr von 30€ ist in bar zu hinterlegen. Buchungen ab dem 28.01.26 enthalten diese Kosten.

The spacious roof terrace overlooking the countryside and the city invites you to spend cozy evenings. A large garden with seating and activities for children, as well as a private car parking space on the property are available.

The luxurious apartment in the Sternkopf-Engel-Villa was designed by designer Dr. Sylva-Michèle Sternkopf. Each room is designed in the design of a classic star-headed angel: Red Ruby, Blue Desire, Sweet Romance, Caribbean Summer... Directly opposite is the traditional manufacturer for original Erzgebirge wood art, in which the star-headed angels are made. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Gretel's favorite spot

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. The apartment is 32 m². You are in the middle of nature, here the fox and rabbit say good night. Your apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. The apartment is located in the middle of the forest! Please do not rate us 4 or fewer stars due to the idyllic & quiet location. Thank you very much.
