Cozy apartment with large wooden terrace (alpacas in the Chemnitz Valley)

At about 108m², with three double beds in 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, up to 8 people can sleep. A large terrace overlooking the alpacas and the Chemnitztal completes the unique location. If you want to escape and slow down the stress of the city, this is the place to be. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed 180x200cm and a flat-screen TV. You can expect alpaca bunk beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. There is underfloor heating in each room. The living room with open kitchen offers a great view of the meadow due to the large window surfaces. The large comfortable couch is extendable and can therefore also be used as a sofa bed. A large flat screen TV ( satellite reception ) is also in the room. The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher (Siemens), coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Dishes, cutlery, cutlery, pots, pots, pans, glasses, etc. are sufficiently available. The daylight bath with a corner bath, shower with large rain shower, sink, toilet and a mirror cabinet with hair dryer completes the overall picture. The 50 m² wooden terrace with unobstructed views of the alpacas and the Chemnitztal invites you to linger. The terrace is facing southwest for the perfect sunset. You can relax here on the sun loungers and rustic wooden seating furniture. Please note that the apartments are not suitable for wheelchair users (staircase). Towels, sheets and tea towels are included. The Wi-Fi and parking are free of charge.

Herzlich Willkommen zum Probewohnen in unserem Tiny Loft. Seid herzlich eingeladen Nächte im ökologischen Minimalismus zu verbringen. Das Tiny Haus liegt idyllisch auf dem Rittergut Wildberg. Schöne Wanderwege in den verschlungenen linkselbischen Tälern gilt es genauso zu entdecken wie die Weinstadt Radebeul mit dem Spitzhaus und dem historischen Dorfanger Alt-Kötzschenbroda (Kneipen). Die Reinigungsgebühr von 30€ ist in bar zu hinterlegen. Buchungen ab dem 28.01.26 enthalten diese Kosten.

Welcome to Gutshof Dobschütz, the smallest place in Saxony! In the middle of the Lommatzscher Pflege, an agricultural region in the heart of Saxony, is our idyllic farm in a secluded location. Our cozy apartment was decorated with a lot of love. We have donkeys, cattle, chickens, geese, ducks, sheep, quails & cats. Of course, you can help with the animal care every day & get to know all our animal residents. Pony rides can be booked externally in the neighboring village.

Private holiday home for up to 14 people

Our private holiday home with its own courtyard and entrance area, parking facilities and plenty of space in the middle of nature is quietly located between Leipzig and Chemnitz. The accommodation has a large communal kitchen with an adjoining dining/living area including seating, a sofa and a television. There is space for up to 9 adults in four spacious rooms. It is possible to create additional sleeping accommodations. Just talk to us!

Ferienhof Gräfe - "Spring Meadow" with pool & sauna

The "Frühlingswiese" apartment, on our lovingly restored former farm, is located in a quiet location in the Zaschendorf district of Meissen. Only 20 km from the cultural metropolis of Dresden, you can enjoy pure nature. Use our large cottage garden to relax in the countryside - in summer by the pool or in winter in the garden sauna. Children are very welcome - a separate playground, a sandbox and our cat is looking forward to being petted.

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking. A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.

Relax with the whole family at this idyllic place in the middle of nature. The apartment is in the attic of the residential building of a lovingly renovated four-sided courtyard. The farm is managed organically. It is inhabited by several generations. There are sheep, chickens and pigeons on the farm. The detached farm is located between Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. Our first completed apartment in old historic walls awaits you. Our memorial farm from 1872 is in a beautiful, relaxing and quiet location surrounded by meadows and fields. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest shopping (3 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). The A4 highway exits can be reached quickly in about 7 minutes.
