Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa 2×2 m , als 3.Bett sehr bequem. In 15min.durch die Weinberge wandern erreichen Sie das Seußlitzer Schloß , der Elbradweg ist von uns aus nur 400m entfernt , im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen perfekt . Ab 4 Personer Weinverkostung im eigenen Weinkeller , Parkplatz und Fahrräder und E-Bike kostenfrei .

Endlich ist der Frühling wieder da! Der Wagen steht am Waldrand mit Blick auf hügelige Wiesen. Die Vögel zwitschern Dich frühmorgens munter und der Waldsee ruft die Tapferen zum morgendlichen Bad (12 min zu Fuß). Du wirst den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse sitzen, das Erwachen der Natur beobachten, Lagerfeuer machen, chillen – und vielleicht die vielen Eindrücke nachklingen lassen. Da die Zivilisation 2,5 km weit weg ist, solltest Du vorher ordentlich einkaufen gehen. Reizarm ist das neue Bio!

Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, above which a tenant lives. I am available any time. Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

The small house, furnished in a cozy, rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge - 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz - the cultural capital '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful property overgrown with yews and ivy and yet close to the sights of the surrounding towns. A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.
