It is an ideal starting point for many activities in every season. The small larch farm for 12 people

The small larch farm is located above Altenberg, directly on the ski slope in the outskirts of the forest and nature. On 220m2, the house offers enough space for 12 persons. There are four spacious double rooms on two levels available for up to 4 people. The double bedrooms all feature a en-suite bathroom. All public facilities such as swimming pool, bakery, restaurants, etc. are within walking distance. Our house is located in the spa town of Altenberg, where tourist tax is payable on site.

My apartment is located in the middle of a multi-part house settlement on the edge of the village of Auerbach. From all windows you look directly into nature, have the ski lift from the living room in the view and a parking space at your doorstep. The apartment is refurbished and completely newly equipped. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the kitchen. By car, many excursion destinations in the Ore Mountains are quickly reached. The nearest shops are under 5 minutes drive.

In the beautiful Ore Mountains is the small village of Streckewalde where our apartment is located. The apartment consists of a cozy living room, kitchen with dining area, bathroom with toilet and washing machine, 2 bedrooms and a spacious hall. The main entrance is shared with apartment Pimpelmees, after which each apartment has its own entrance to be closed. In the hall of the main entrance is the access to the children's playroom, which is for shared use for the two apartments.

Our place is close to the lakes, lots of forest, highway between Leipzig and Dresden. You'll love our place because of the tranquility, the neighborhood, the comfy beds, and the loving amenities.
