The hutzenAlm includes two modern, comfortably furnished apartments on the upper floor, each with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (underfloor heating) and a spacious living room/kitchen On the first floor is our cozy hutzenStub. There is our jewel: a red tiled stove that invites you to cook together. A fully equipped country kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, separate oven and induction stove can also satisfy a large family or group of friends. A massive wooden table with corner bench and a cozy sofa invite you to game nights and cozy get-togethers. A large TV and good Wi-Fi are also part of the hutzenAlm equipment. Also on the first floor is our wellness area with sauna and tub. In our spacious hutzenSauna you can sweat, relax, chill, breathe deeply and look directly into nature through the large windows. At the same time, you can enjoy the crackling of the fireplace in the lounge corner or in the hanging chair. To cool off, you can use the cool, original Gimmlitz fountain water on the adjoining terrace, bathe extensively in the snow in winter or classically use the modern shower on site. In our wood-fired bathtub, you can bathe in summer and winter in the middle of the forest and relax under the open sky. Of course, not without having properly heated it beforehand. No pain, no gain. Our lovingly furnished holiday home with about 40 square meters of living space offers space for 2 people over 2 floors. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge incl. freezer, stove, oven, kettle, toaster as well as coffee machine and everything else you need for a pleasant day of vacation. Whether you are tired from a hike through the beautiful nature, a sporty bike tour, successful mushroom search or ski tour – in the romantically furnished bedroom with box spring bed you will recover for the next day of vacation. In summer, you can linger and relax on the sun terrace with barbecue facilities. A small herb garden by the house invites your nose and palate to a smell and taste experience. Wi-Fi and parking at the house are available free of charge. Our convertible BMW Z3 Roadster can be rented in fine weather from April to October at an extra cost and explore the Easter Mountains "topless". A filled picnic basket with delicious local products as well as personal recommendations and route suggestions with insider tips for lingering round off your eventful day of vacation. Vacation home with terrace (Dampferblick vacation home)

The rooms of the holiday home Dampferblick are divided into 3 levels with a total of 75 m². All rooms have blinds or blackout blinds. On the ground floor is the large bathroom next to the entrance area. On the first floor you will find the living room equipped with flat-screen TV, radio with CD, seating group (table with 4 chairs) and sofa with sleeping function for 2 people as well as the fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer coffee machine, kettle and toaster. On the top and last floor are the bedrooms and a small bathroom with toilet. In the anteroom there is a single bed. In the adjacent bedroom can sleep 2 more people in the double bed. In addition, bed linen & towels, hairdryer, ironing board with iron are available for free use. Optionally, there is also possibility of receiving a baby travel cot or high chair on request. The courtyard invites you to relax with a size of 170 m². For cozy evenings, a grill is available on the beautiful high terrace. In addition to the free use of the garage, there are also 2 bicycles bicycles available for you.

The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people on 45 square meters and is located on two floors. Upstairs is the cosy, open living and sleeping area. It has a double bed and chest of drawers, as well as a sofa with a sleeping function and a coffee table, a desk and an armchair. On the ground floor there is the entrance area, the kitchen and the bathroom. In the entrance area there is a small table overlooking the garden and the castle panorama. The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge, ceramic electric cooker, kettle, coffee maker. Enjoy cosy and relaxed evenings by the fireplace. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer. A washing machine is also available. You have access to the garden with seating and barbecue.

Our vacation home with 60 m² living space offers space for 1 - 4 persons. It consists of a comfortable living room with sofa bed and SAT-TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hotplate, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The cottage has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, so that a family with 2 children has plenty of space. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet.W-LAN and a parking space for cars are available free of charge. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge for the duration of your stay. Additional costs and final cleaning are included in the daily price.

Haus Tanneck (Altenberg)

Our spacious cottage (220 m2) with 7 bedrooms on 3 floors is equipped with Wi-Fi, central heating and balcony. On the ground floor are the newly equipped kitchen with large induction cooker, ovens, dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle and electric kettle. Coffee maker; large dining room; cozy TV room; a twin bedroom and a large bathroom with separate toilet. On the first floor you will find access to the balcony, 3 twin rooms, 1 triple room and another large bathroom with separate toilet. There are also two double rooms on the second floor.

The comfortably furnished cottage is intended for year-round use and is located in the picturesque village of 820 meters above sea level on its own fenced property (890m²). The usable area of the cottage is 320m². Ideal for 8 people (3x bedrooms) + 2 people( sofa bed in living room). There is a spacious sauna including a cooling pool, a room with a ping pong table. In the garden, a trampoline, children can use the slide, swings, sandpit, and treehouse. The forest is 50 meters from the cottage.

Our house accommodates up to 6 people, with additional sleeping space for up to 2 more guests available on request. The lower floor features a spacious kitchen-living room with fireplace, two bathrooms, and a utility room with infrared sauna, washing machine, and toilet. Upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms with TVs and two smaller rooms with sleeping options. The 1,800 m² garden with terrace, barbecue, fire pit, and mature trees invites you to relax and unwind.

Weißeritz apartment (Haus Seeblick, Dippoldiswalde)

Our house Seeblick is about 100 years old and was built on a side arm right after the construction of the Malter dam. Today it serves as a living space for our family and for holiday guests. In addition, guests can use our room for further celebration or further education. The garden with a view and access to the water is a very nice place to relax. For those who like to do something good for their body, there is a stylish gym in the house.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.
