From the sun-drenched balcony you have a beautiful view of the center of the city and can enjoy the sublime location in the evening at sunset. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the center. Directly behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, you can watch wild deer directly at the garden fence with some luck.

The flat consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom, a kitchen and a cellar. In the entrance hall there is a built-in wardrobe with a compartment for clothes and several shelves for spare clothes and linen. There is also a clothes horse, a ladder and a hoover. There is a double bed in the room. The flat is therefore suitable for a single person or a couple. The centre is within easy walking distance. The bus stop is right on the corner of the building.

In the living/bedroom there is a double bed, which can be set up separately. There are also two sleeping chairs. These can be converted into a sofa bed in a few seconds. Our entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The kitchen contains a refrigerator with freezer, an electric stove (4 hotplates) with oven and a lot more. In the bathroom there is a shower. When the weather is nice, you can relax on the terrace.
