Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Ostprignitz-Ruppin

Fernando is the best host I've met. He showed us the place and helped us with some repairs we need for our car. The house was a lovely house with everything you need! And of course great food by his hands!!

Isra was super nice. Proactive and always asking if we need anything. Also left a list of recommendations (a nice park near by with a little zoo was amazing, thanks for recomending it), 2 waffles, 2 bottles of water, and lots of coffees/capuccinos and teas and a Berlin Guide just in case we need it :) Apartment was super nice, clean and very well communicated by public transport (less than an hour from the airport). I only spent one night in the apartment, but the next time I'm back in Berlin, I'll try to get the apartment again. Everything you need is there; even a large shoehorn next to the door.😇 A large window front on the top floor offers a wide view. The "smoking balcony" is just the thing. 😉 The central location for all directions in Berlin…. The direct route to the train station... are all very good arguments. The nice communication as well. Excellent stay. The location is wonderful with lots to do in the neighborhood. The flat was comfortable and I felt right at home. Communication with the host was friendly and everything went smoothly. I would love to stay here again and I highly recommend it!

Ideal location and very comfortable apartment for a city break to Berlin. Close to train station that has great S-Bahn and U-Bahn connections to get to sights round Berlin. Andrea was a very responsive and accommodating host. Would definitely recommend this apartment if visiting Berlin.

Martin’s apartment is very comfortable with wide open views across the eastern portion of Berlin. The building and the boulevard are historically significant, which we enjoyed. The subway stop is about 7 minutes walk, and from there the central city is easily accessible. Martin is a great host. I would stay here again when I am in Berlin.

The perfect place to disconnect from the city. Surrounded by nature, peaceful and quiet — just what we needed. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, cozy and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back! Thank you Eugen :)

We spent wonderful days in this dreamy house and garden. We were eight women and nine children and all were equally enthusiastic. The garden is a small paradise. Everyone has found their personal highlight. Be it the Hollywood swing, the chickens, the bathtub, the cherry tree, the cat or the large table where there was room for everyone. Everything in the house is lovingly furnished, well-maintained and everything is sufficiently available. We felt completely comfortable, were able to breathe deeply, enjoy nature and spend a very special time together.

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

A very nice place, exactly as described in the advertisement. Here you can have a nice time. Communication with the host is also very good and friendly. A clear recommendation. An amazing house that has been wonderfully decorated with a lot of love. A great garden with a great pool and sauna. Here you can spend the whole day in the garden.

We had a really wonderful time at Olga's farm! The house and property itself were already wonderful and as we had imagined it and even better. Olga has made the experience even more beautiful, with her loving nature and all the small thoughtful details, such as bowls for our dog, yoga mat, beautiful dishes from the local pottery, small lavender pillows and and and. We enjoyed the time very much and will definitely be back. Thx🌞

My host Klaus is really a very nice, helpful and pleasant person. I had a really very pleasant, quiet and relaxing stay - exactly what I wanted. It was a great short break for us with children and dog. Relaxing and quiet, but at the same time so many possibilities to do something. Really good location, short distance to the lake and the forests.

Our stay was great, the area seems safe and has a lot of restaurants around, it's very close to a riverside where you can go on nice walks. One slight issue we've had, which isn't particularly Tim's or apartment's fault was that neighbors were sometimes noisy, but that's about the only complaint we could have. Overall it was great, would definitely recommend the place.

Loved the apartment! Central yet quiet since the windows are towards the backyard. But bright and open, because it’s on the fourth floor - and has a lovely balcony. Fresh and tidy yet very personal. Spacious yet cozy and intimate. And Snowy is an absolutely wonderful host! As I told her: there are not enough stars to give!

Aaron’s artsy flat was wonderfully creative, comfortable, and friendly. It invited us to enjoy our space and feel at home in the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the canal and feeding the swans as much as getting mango cheesecake for breakfast at the cafe or pizza for dinner down the street. We got scooters and cruised all over the nearby neighborhoods. It was delightful and fun to explore Berlin from such a nice space. Aaron was infinitely helpful with all questions and issues. When I return to Berlin I will be touching base with Aaron, and hopefully staying in the same flat!

Karsten is a friendly host. The airbnb was close to tram station and made it easy to travel to city center. The area was nice with many bars and restaurants. The apartment and the room he rents out was clean. The check in and out was easy.

Angela is a wonderful host! During my stay she was a very attentive and hospitable person. The room is comfortable, just as described and around there are good and economical restaurants. As for the location, it is a little far from the city center but transportation is very close to the Air bnb. Would stay again with Angela 😊

Karina as a host and the apartment exceeded my expectations. I would have given 10 stars, 5 for each of them. The host is friendly and clean, helpful and pro-active. I was shown around and given tips about the local amenities, and a supermarket is just round the corner. The apartment on the ground floor is just amazing. You can see the feminine touch in the furniture, enjoy the spa bath and the cool room sheltered in the hot city summer by thick roller shutters. The garden has comfortable outdoor furniture to sit in the cooler evening or during breakfast underneath the parasol. Generally, it was very relaxing and I could find inner peace and calm and wind down. Couldn't have been better. Thank you for the lovely stay and your help to make me feel " home away from home"

Georgios was helpful and responsive from our first contact onwards, and made our arrival time possible even though he couldn’t be there in person. The apartment was very spacious, and the kitchen modern and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed having a bathtub, and the washing machine was very handy. It was lovely to be in a proper home rather than an impersonal rental. It was a great neighbourhood, and we explored in every direction. The apartment is well connected, very close to a tram stop. It is 4th floor with no lift, but we embraced the exercise! Thanks for everything, Georgios!
