Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a mixture of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

If you arrive by car, there are good parking facilities as well as the possibility of an electric car charger and from the Triangle bus stop it is only 150 meters. Five minutes walk from Falsterbo's beautiful beach is this beautiful guest house, built in 2021 with its own large patio and outdoor shower, simple grill and gate to the park and beach. The plot is a large forest plot that offers privacy even from the main house. Within walking distance, there are several restaurants, grocery stores and Falsterbo's small center with older buildings and a church from the 14th century. Three golf courses are within a ten-minute drive. Falsterbo is also a center for bird watching.

Since we ourselves live in the house next to the cottage and the area is very quiet, no parties or loud events are accepted under any circumstances.
