Fantastic newly built & modern houseboat on 2 floors. Upper floor: entrance and guest toilet. Large & bright kitchen & dining room that ends in a nice living room. From the living room, there is access to a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the unique view, morning, noon & evening sun. Take a dip or enjoy a trip on a paddleboard. Downstairs: 3 rooms: 1 bedroom with double bed & terrace. 1 children's bedroom with 1 single bed 90x200cm. 1 children's bedroom with single bed 80x200cm option for 160x200cm bed. Large nice bathroom.

Eksklusivt nær København, Havudsigt fra alle rum

Vores fantastiske hus ligger i smuk natur direkte på fortryllende hvid badestrand og med smukkeste havudsigt fra alle rum. Et ophold i meget smukke omgivelser med mulighed for eventyr med havkajakker og SUP board. I Olsbæk åen som løber langs haven, findes ørred. Her er smukke terrasser med gas grill og fine Philip Starck møbler. Tag på vandet i vores fine havkajakker eller anvend cyklerne rundt i de 2 nærliggende marinaer. Man bor super ekslusivt, i smuk natur, kun 15 minutter fra København.

Free parking. 20 min S-Train to Copenhagen Central - 10 min walk to station. 3 supermarkets, one with Danish pastry bake-off, only 10 min walk. Fish shop and smokery in Mosede Havn only 5 min away by car.

Quick access to cosy cafes, restaurants and shops. 10 minutes from Central station, vibrant Meatpacking district, city center and parks. Large and renovated kitchen, large bathroom with a toilet and bathtub are fully equiped. 3 separated bedrooms and a large living room divided into a dinning room where up to 10 people can have a dinner and a TV room.

Easy access from the airport, as it's within walking distance (700 meters) of either the 'Christianshavn Torv' Metro station. Complete kitchen with Side-by-side refrigerator & Quooker faucet. Bathroom with shower and washer & dryer. Free reserved private parking space in the basement.
