Centrally located and very close to lakes, forests and open fields, the guest house is a good base for hiking and cycling in the area. The historic city center with Sorø Academy, the Monastery Church, art museum, restaurants and specialty shops is two km away. The Ice Age Route (Route 44) and Munkevejen (Route 88) pass right by. The pilgrim route and two national cycling routes (N6 and N7) run five km south of Sorø.

There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Cozy one-room studio apartment with private entrance. Bright, airy room of 30 m2 up in the attic with exposed beams and spacious entrance with wardrobe. Private toilet and bath. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Kitchenette with service, fridge (no freezer), microwave, air fryer and electric kettle. Parking right outside the door. Small garden table with two chairs between flower pots and afternoon and evening sun. The house is located on the main street in Sorø in a 40 km/h zone

House 12 km to Copenhagen and 600 m to the beach

120 kvm stort hus med 3 soveværelser, med senge til 8 voksne. Der er endnu en ekstra soveplads (sovesofa) inde i stuen, så 9 sovepladser i alt. Huset ligger 600 m til en badestrand og 200 m til supermarkeder. Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Beautiful guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has a beautiful view of grasslands with wild game and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly bathing area with shade and a bathing bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Charming little house in peaceful surroundings in the countryside, with views of the lake from the living room. Includes kitchen/living room with sofa bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom and entrance hall. Small separate garden with a covered terrace. Dogs allowed, however, max 2. Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.
