Our 2 night stay was delightful in every way! It’s a beautiful apartment, loved the tall ceilings and gorgeous tall windows that allowed for a beautiful view and glorious light! Trent and his wife were exemplary of Southern Hospitality. No complaints or recommendations of how to make it better. It’s perfect! Highly recommend!

We want to return!!! The Dwelling Place was adorable, cozy, perfectly appointed, and perfectly located. We loved the way Susan made the MOST of the space ... she thought of everything to make The Dwelling Place feel like home away from home.

Our stay was perfect! My husband and I decided to get an Airbnb with a pool for the weekend. Within moments of booking, Mark responded with a friendly hello. Upon arrival, everything was exactly as described and he had a very nice welcome basket with snacks and even drinks in the fridge for us to enjoy! The game room was awesome and full of games. We played with an 80’s arcade game machine, shot pool, shuffle board, ping pong and darts. There were board games too and the porch was absolutely beautiful, especially at night!!! We’ve decided to visit again in June and can’t wait! Thank you Mark and Candy for a very fun and relaxing weekend away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Great place. We needed a spot to stay while at a conference at the Prisma Hospital. It's about a mile away and I walked to the conference each morning. Host lives upstairs but was no issue for us. Everything was very clean, modern, and well decorated.

This was the PERFECT place for our stay in Asheville. It’s centrally located which makes it convenient to get around, but the property itself is slightly outside of the city center in a woodsy area which gives you that lovely, peaceful feeling of being in nature. The space itself was perfectly spacious for 2 people. Very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove but with a kettle, microwave, fridge, and toaster oven you can still do some cooking if you wish. The front porch is nice for sitting in the evenings. The hosts were very kind and provided some snacks and drinks for our stay, as well as clear instructions and thoughtful local recommendations. We loved staying here and if we ever find ourselves back in Asheville we would definitely stay here! Such a great value for an excellent place!

Margaret is an incredibly nice person. The instructions for entry are very well laid out. The pics are exactly what is in the apartment. Everything was very clean. She offered directions to anything if I needed them or to ask if I had any questions about anything. Very quiet area. I slept like a baby. The dogs will bark but give them a treat and they are lovers. There is a barrier between you and them so no need to worry. Again they are lovers. I will always stay here when in town.

Karl’s place was outstanding. Super clean, cozy and relaxing, the location was amazing less than 5 minutes away from Target/Walmart and tons of others shopping centers, Karl his self was amazing , super nice and respectful. I would highly recommend this to everyone

The secluded studio was just what I needed. It had all the comforts of home and was half the price of a hotel. Great hosts. And convenient to everything I needed to do while I was in town. I will be staying there again for my next visit.

I’m late leaving this review but we had a wonderful stay. The place looks brand new, sparkling clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Craig and Janet couldn’t have been more friendly. We ran into Craig a few times around the property and had a really great time talking to him. We brought the boat and spent most of our days on the water. From a boating perspective, the dock is at the back of a quiet deep water cove. No worries whatsoever about water level or any kind of wake roughness, and it’s right around the corner from 18 mile creek access so drop in and take out is a breeze. It was a perfect place to retreat back to after a long day on the water. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Janet and Craig again!

My party of 4 had a fantastic stay at LAnd M Rental Solutions. The Rustic apartment was beautiful and accommodated all of our needs. The spotless and spacious living quarters enhanced our local weekend getaway, providing us with a sense of safety and reassurance. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone needing an affordable place to enjoy a nice trip to downtown Greenville, SC.

Great place, as advertised. Super comfortable beds also! A bit of trouble checking in due to construction on the property but between the property manager and helpful residents we got all settled in eventually without stress. Would stay here again.

Was just as described. Very quiet and peaceful area so close to Simpsonville and close to everything you’ll need. Scott even let my son and I grab some peaches off his peach tree. Will definitely make a trip back for sure. Great host!

Annual trip with my brother. This was our second stay, and it was as great as it was last year. It’s just a super lovely space on a surprisingly secluded property. Sitting porch is gorgeous. The backyard is gorgeous. Hot tub is clean and inviting. Location is good (walking distance for lots of West Asheville stuff). Mike was very engaged helping us coordinate dates and attentive to every bit of communication. We’re grateful for the lovely base camp.

So incredibly serene. I felt at peace being surrounded by nature’s splendor. There is something very unique about the energy of their property. Very healing just being there. Will definitely visit again. 🙏

Denise's place is very nice. It's located in a peaceful, wooded setting that is 4 minutes from downtown Black Mountain. The bed is comfortable and everything in the space is in great shape. The hot tub is very nice and has a view of the back yard and an adjacent wooded area. Denise and Jimmy are helpful and quick to respond to messages. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to rent again in the future.

Frank and Peter are simply the best hosts we've encountered in our years of Airbnb. This is not hyperbole - their apartment is spotless, has everything you need, their communication is as prompt and clear as it gets and when they see you, you are treated as an old friend. The amenity description does not exaggerate and the photos are not staged. This apartment is not to be missed if available.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s Airbnb! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Every little detail had been thoughtfully prepared to make us feel right at home—from the comfortable bed to the well-stocked kitchen and peaceful surroundings. Felt right at home and safe. The bed was comfy and we both slept well. No noise at all. Very quiet surroundings. While private and quiet, it was still somehow right around the corner from so many nice places to shop, eat, and get outdoors. Lovely hosts who were appreciative of the respectful way we treated their home.

ms.sandy and her husband are the sweetest people ever, we missed check in by 4 hours so she was worried and made sure we were okay, upon arrival and her explaining everything to us she took the time to made sure we ate something and made us a smoothie just in case we didn’t. she has the most beautiful home and it’s exactly like the pictures. when you look over the balcony at night you see the most beautiful firefly’s, and wake up to the most brightest sunrises, you can even see the mountains in the back!! the room was so clean and spacious so we will definitely be back again and hopefully for longer!

This was BEYOND what we could've imagined ! Midalia's place was welcoming and absolutely beautiful inside and out ! Not only was there gorgeous views, but so many good spots around town to check out ! I also appreciated how responsive Midalia was. Any questions or concerns I had she was quick and super helpful ! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with endless activities and restaurants nearby, this is the place for you !
